True Cost of BNPL is an independent, single-maintainer consumer research site. It publishes a free calculator that converts a Buy Now Pay Later provider's published fee schedule into an effective APR and total cost, plus articles on late fees, credit reporting, and how BNPL compares with a credit card. It is not affiliated with any BNPL provider, lender, or bank.

How to reach us

The only contact channel is email: vetorainfo@gmail.com. There is no contact form or phone line. Messages are read by the person who maintains the site, and replies are sent as time allows.

What to write in about

Corrections to fee data. The most useful messages point out a late fee, interest rate, plan length, fee cap, or credit-reporting detail that has changed or is shown incorrectly. Fee data is verified manually and is not a live feed, so a provider may update its schedule before the site does. If you can, include a link to the provider's current terms page and the date you checked it.

Calculator behaviour. If a result looks wrong, send the inputs you used and the figure you expected. The Methodology page explains how the effective APR is computed.

Article errors and privacy questions. Factual mistakes in any article, broken links, and questions about the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use are also welcome at the same address.
